This policy explains how xeliohub ("we") amasses, handles and secures personal information across our site and platform. We serve as the data controller for that information.
Data collected. Identity and contact data and comparable identifiers plus verification files required by regulation. We also keep: transaction and trade logs, technical logs and helpdesk threads. EU/UK legal grounds: contract performance, legal duty, legitimate interest.
Use of data. Managing your account, settling positions, meeting compliance, fraud prevention, and securing systems, plus consent-based product emails with easy opt-out.
Sharing. Data reaches only operating vendors (custody, payment, verification), authorities on valid demand, and anonymised analytics. No sale of personal data.
Retention and security. Data is kept for account activity plus statutory windows (typically five-seven years for transaction records). Safeguards: AES-256 at rest plus TLS 1.3 in transit, and ISO 27001-checked access limits.
